Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. Up to 50 members, one branch and three staff, with check-in, manual payments, invoices and basic reports. No card is required to start, and it does not expire.

How does the free trial work?

Every paid plan starts with 7 days free. You add a card to begin (a ₹1 check, refunded straight away) and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then from Settings → Subscription and you pay nothing.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within 7 days of your first payment you can refund it in full yourself from Settings → Subscription, and the gym moves to the Free plan. After that, unused time is not refunded, but duplicate charges and billing errors always are.

What happens when I pass a plan limit?

Limits are enforced by the product, not by a surprise invoice. When you approach the member, branch or staff ceiling on your plan you will be prompted to upgrade before you are blocked from adding more.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. An upgrade applies straight away and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you already paid for.

What happens if I forget to pay or want to stop?

Save a card and renewals are paid automatically, with a notice before every charge. If a renewal goes unpaid, the account becomes read-only until it is paid. Cancel any time and you move to the Free plan with no new bills; bills already issued stay payable, so cancel before your renewal date to avoid one. The full rules are on the How billing works page.

Is it safe to save my card?

Your card is saved and charged by Razorpay, which is authorised by the RBI as a payment aggregator. MuscleX never sees or stores your card number, and card charges above ₹15,000 always need your OTP.

How does annual billing work?

You pay for ten months and get twelve. Starter is ₹9,990 a year against ₹11,988 monthly; Pro is ₹24,990 against ₹29,988; Enterprise is ₹49,990 against ₹59,988.

Which plan do I need for multiple branches?

Pro. It covers up to five branches and fifty staff. Enterprise removes the branch and member ceilings entirely.

Do you charge per member or per staff seat?

Neither. You pay per studio, and each plan carries member, branch and staff ceilings. Adding a front-desk login does not add to the bill.

What payment methods can I collect from members?

Online collection runs through Razorpay from the Starter plan upward, including a hosted checkout page members can open on their phone. Manual and at-the-desk payments are available on every plan, including Free.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Reports export from the product, and Pro and Enterprise add API access for anything you want to pull programmatically.
